• 1. A small program needs to be downloaded to this computer.
  2. Please click on the link below to download the file.
  3. Windows download click here.
  4. MAC download click here.
  5. Launch the downloaded program.
  6. It may be in your Downloads folder.
  7. Give the 9-digit number to your IT admin.

When you want to end the support session, be sure to quit the program.

This ensures your computer cannot be remotely accessed any more until you download and run the program again.
